Before we do anything, we talk to you first. What are you looking for? We can help with everything from minor repairs and adjustments, to regular maintenance, to full frame off rotisserie restorations. Our customers range from people who love and own, or want to own a cool car, to vehicle collectors, mechanical shops, body shops, and dealers.

OUR PROCESS

So, we’ve had the conversation about what your goals are. Now what? Here’s a step-by-step process of how Black Wolf Auto will help make your dreams come true, all while providing you with a superior level of skill and service.

1. If your car is on the road currently, and you can stop by, a preliminary walk-around and consultation is always free of charge. We can pick up, transport, and even deliver your car. We aim to make everything more convenient for our customers.

2. For larger projects, we typically recommend a comprehensive vehicle assessment, including a safety review, a maintenance review, a functionality review, a driveability review, and a cosmetic review (interior, exterior, chassis, engine compartment, etc.)

3. For a complete or partial detailed assessment and evaluation to take place, we will need the vehicle at our facility. Again, we can pick up, transport, and even deliver your car if it’s more convenient for you.

4. Following our assessment, evaluation, and diagnosis, we compare our findings with your goals. We will compile detailed estimates grouped by category and priority, including detailed parts and labor estimates.

5. Then we will go through all of our recommendations with you, ensuring you understand clearly what we recommend and why. Then we will assemble a plan based on your desires and goals.

6. After that, we’ll go through the Disassembly and Discovery Process, closing the loop on the unknowns going into the project.

7. We then perform the necessary mechanical work, electrical work, interior work, body and paint work, etc., as authorized by you, following our initial evaluation and recommendation compilation.

8. Finally, we’ll return your vehicle to you, revitalized, functioning properly, and looking great.
