Here’s how we fixed it:
- Removed & repacked front wheel bearings
- Replaced front wheel cylinders
- Flushed brake system
- Assessed & repaired leaking fuel line from pump to carburetor
- Cut new gasket for fuel cap
- Removed radiator, sent out for repair, & reinstalled.
- Replaced both thermostats
- Thoroughly removed sediment & debris from engine block
- Removed & assessed heater core for rebuild
- Reinstalled heater core
- Drained & filled radiator
- Removed generator
- Installed alternator
- Wired in new alternator
- Installed positive battery terminal
- Modified battery hold down
- Adjusted/torqued hood hinges
