This 1986 Toyota FJ60 came to Black Wolf with a variety of electrical, HVAC, and upholstery issues.
Black Wolf restored the Toyota FJ60 to peak condition, ready to off-road just like it did in ’86.
Here’s how we restored it:
- Replaced thermostat & heater control valve
- Replaced fan clutch
- Filled and bled cooling system
- Performed coolant flush
- Replaced wiper motor and wiper arm, cleaned wiper tower ribs
- Removed rebuilt wiper motor to ship back to supplier
- Installed wiper motor
- Installed new wiper linkage and motor
- Made cable connection for water control valve
- Resecured dash pad
- Evacuated A/C system
- Removed HVAC box
- Reinstalled HVAC box
- Reassembled interior
- Reinstalled heater core
