This 1972 Ford Bronco came to Black Wolf for an ignition system upgrade and electrical repairs in addition to other mechanical concerns.
When it left our shop, Black Wolf had the Bronco squared away in top-notch mechanical condition.
Here’s how we restored it:
- Removed old fuel tank
- Installed EFI tank
- Fabricated & installed gas tank spacer
- Removed auxiliary tank & cap off lines as needed
- Installed Holley inline fuel filter
- Capped off OE regulator & installed new fuel rail
- Removed factory wiring harness & ECU
- Installed Holley Terminator X wiring harness
- Installed Holley Dual Sync Distributor
- Identified wires & connected TCM to Holley system
- Connected fuel pump relay & finalized fuel hose connections
- Fabricated mounting plate & mounted ECU
- Replaced power steering pump
- Replaced both power steering return lines
- Installed power steering gear box
- Modified & installed power steering pressure hoses
- Installed & sealed off filler neck for auxiliary tank
- Replaced left front ball joints
- Repaired hole in floor above shifter
