- Replaced fuel pump
- Remade fuel line from pump to carburetor
- Connected fuel return line to fuel pump and tank
- Replaced driver side door hinge pins and adjusted door
- Adjusted driver side door hinges
- Adjusted passenger side door hinges
- Touched up paint throughout exterior
- Replaced core support mounts
- Aligned front bumper and torqued all bolts
- Aligned hood
- Removed dashboard
- Removed heater box
- Replaced heater core and reinstalled heater box
- Removed and replaced wiper motor
- Reinstalled dashboard
- Replaced heater hose outlet at cylinder head and cleaned area
- Bled and tested cooling system
- Adjusted brakes
- Installed long valve stems
- Resealed speedometer housing
- Replaced speedometer cable
- Replaced A/C belt and verified pulley alignment
- Replaced mufflers
- Welded extension to exhaust for repair
- Calibrated carburetor
- Removed window tint
- Buffed vehicle
- Masked & wet sanded
