This 1947 Chevrolet Style Master came to Black Wolf with various mechanical and electrical concerns as well as some fender damage, interfering with its drivability and comfort.
The Style Master left Black Wolf refreshed and running better than ever.
Here’s how we restored it:
- Repaired damaged fender
- Paint repaired fender
- Installed new fuel filler neck assembly
- Aligned and painted decklid
- Cleaned and re-packed wheel bearings
- Replaced left side steering rack bushing
- Tightened left inner tie rod and replaced roll pin
- Replaced strut rod bushings
- Tightened steering wheel properly
- Performed alignment
- Replaced front shocks
- Replaced rear shock mounting hardware
- Flushed brakes
- Replaced engine mounts
- Replaced worn battery cables
- Repaired transmission leak
- Fabricate, cover, & install knee bolster on driver side to cover wiring
- Replace all four tires
- Oil change
- Evacuated and charged A/C system
